Adeline H. Matlasz

Adeline H. Matlasz 1917 - 2004 Adeline H. (Jedziniak) Matlasz 86, of Chicopee died Thursday January 29, 2004 in Mercy Medical Center, Springfield. Born in Chicopee, MA on September 7, 1917 the daughter of the late Joseph and Zofia (Motyka) Jedziniak. She was a lifelong resident of Chicopee and a member of the Polish American Veterans. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Raymond Matlasz who died in 1976, a son Michael Wrzsien, and a stepson Raymond Matlasz Jr. She is survived by a stepson; David Matlasz of Chicopee, MA A stepdaughter:  Cindy Burke of Barefoot Bay, FL A brother; John Jedziniak of Ludlow, MA 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Adeline's services and burial in Fairview Cemetery, Chicopee are private and at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours. Tylunas Funeral Home, Chicopee is in charge of arrangements.
