Alberta Joan Labrecque

Chicopee - Alberta Joan ( Cochran) LaBrecque, of Chicopee, 70, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Marion, Indiana on January 3, 1936 she was a daughter of the late Raymond E. and Suzy (Miller) Cochran. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Russell, Connie Sue, Helen, Donald, and Mary, and one granddaughter, Erika. She is survived by her beloved husband of fifty years of marriage, Albert LaBrecque of Chicopee, two devoted sons, Mark A. LaBrecque of Georgia, Matthew J. LaBrecque with his wife Susan of Palmer, three loving daughters, Victoria L. Lindsay of Chicopee, Suzanne R. Yunis and her husband Joseph of Wilbraham, and Samantha J. Jarest and her husband David of Westfield. She was the adored meme of Trever Jr. and his wife Marie, Nichole, Frankie-Lee Pecor, Allison, Austin LaBrecque, Matthew, Marshall, Crystal LaBrecque and Cindy, Jessica and Travis Blanton, Joseph Jr., Alexandra and Ava Yunis, Ryan, Thomas and Natalie Jarest and three great-grandchildren, Anthony, Courtney and Joshua Pecor. She also leaves many nieces and nephews locally and in Indiana, and her special dog Mickey. All service will be private.
