Ann Harriet Garrigan

Ann H. Garrigan 1921-2013 Chicopee - Ann H. Garrigan, 91, of 278 East Main Street, Chicopee died Thursday at home. Born in Boston on Sepember 29, 1921 she was the daughter of the late James McLaughlin. Ann worked at Jordan Marsh Department Store in the billing department for several years. She married her husband James P. Garrigan and had three children. James predeceased her on July 13, 2000. Annie was an artist and was very creative, enjoying sewing, embroidering and ceramics.  She leaves one son, Kevin Garrigan and his wife Marianne of Winterhaven, FL; two daughters, Maureen Pybus and her husband Keith of Vernon, CT and Dr. Margaret Carson and her husband Steve of Henniker, NH; four grandchildren, Heather Hentz, Kim Parets, Dean Pybus and Kyle Carson; five great-grandchildren; her friend Sheila Bourbeau; and her dog "Wendy". A funeral memorial mass will be at St. Patrick's Church, 319 Broadway, Chicopee on Monday, January 14th, at 11am.
