Bernadette Marie Dupuis

Bernadette M. Dupuis 1946-2010   CHICOPEE - Bernadette Marie (Ross) Dupuis, 63, of Chicopee, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010.  Born in Chicopee and a life long resident, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Marie Anne (Morrissette) Ross, Jr.  Bernadette was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Her main priority and love of her life was her family.  She enjoyed and took great pleasure in gardening and was an avid reader.  Bernadette was a communicant of St. Rose de Lima Church in Chicopee and volunteered her time and talents as a member of the parish Heartfelt Meals Group.  She was predeceased by her husband, Gerard N. Dupuis and by her son Vincent L. Dupuis.  Bernadette leaves her daughter, Dawn A. Gentile and her husband, Mark of Chicopee; three step-sons, Robert Dupuis and his wife Donna of Beaufort, NC, Richard Dupuis of Ludlow, David Dupuis and his wife Joyce of Springfield, a sister, Alice Helsel of Springfield; four grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Michael and Gina, six step-grandchildren and one step-great grandchild. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 from the Tylunas Funeral Home 159 Broadway, Chicopee at 8:30 a.m. followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial in St. Rose de Lima Church at 9:30 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery, Chicopee.  Calling hours will be held at the Tylunas Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 from 4 to 7 p.m.  Memorial contributions in Bernadette's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA  01701.  For Guest Book: www.tylunasfuneralhome.com Tylunas Funeral Home (413) 592-0148
