Bruno B. Boucher 1920 - 2005 CHICOPEE - Bruno B. Boucher, 85, of 129 Crestwood St., died June 11, 2005 in Largo, Florida. Born & educated in the Province of Quebec, Canada, Bruno received his Batchelor of Arts Degree in Education from Fitchburg State College. He received his Masters in Education from the University of Illinois, was a professor at Springfield Technical Community College for over 20 years prior to his retirement. Bruno was a former teacher at Springfield Trade High School, and as a youth, was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corp, (CCC). Bruno was a communicant of St. George Church and an Army Corps Veteran of WWII. Bruno is survived by a son, Kenneth Boucher and his wife Joyce of Southampton, a daughter Marguerite Corriveau and her husband Joseph of Palmer, brothers Richard Boucher of Brooksville, Fla, Robert Boucher of Montgomery Center, Vt., and Henry Boucher of Syracuse, N.Y., and a sister, Bella Tierney of Harwinton, Ct., 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. His wife, the former Sylvia Blanchette, died in 111986. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral mass Friday, June 24, 2005 at 10 AM in St. George Church, 7 Belcher St., Chicopee. Burial will follow in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee in charge of arrangements.
