Carol Mcmanamy

CHICOPEE-Carol McManamy, 79, of Chicopee passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 30, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Carol was born on June 17, 1942. She was born and raised in Chicopee Massachusetts. She was the daughter of the late Ann Mason and Oscar Mason. Carol was a homemaker who loved tending to her family. She enjoyed family gatherings with her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Their home was the gathering place for the holidays for family and friends. She especially enjoyed attending church and adored her beloved dog, Princess. Carol was an avid camper and long-time member of the Good Sam Club.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter. She is survived by her daughter Melinda Brower and her husband Steven Brower, daughter- in- law Parmalee McManamy, her granddaughters Sarah Capistrant and husband Christopher Capistrant, Jeanette Christian and partner Allan Brunelle, and Tiffany Nieves. Her grandsons Todd Brower and Brandon Brower. Her great grandson Jose Negron Jr. Her great granddaughters, Rayza Nieves, Merika Nieves, and Lily Capistrant.

The family will receive friends on Friday November 5, 2021 at Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway St., Chicopee, MA from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A burial service will follow at a later date.
