Cecilia Mary (Deyette) Pirie Robedeau

Cecilia M. (Deyette) Pirie Robedeau, 100 years old, went to her heavenly home on Monday, August 7, 2023. She died peacefully with her grandson Bruce, wife Rosie, and their three daughters by her side.
Cecilia as born in Northhampton, MA on March 20, 1923, to William J. and Alidia (Gadoury) Deyette. She retired from Mercy Hospital of Springfield, MA in 1982. She then moved to Virginia Beach, VA to live with her oldest daughter.
She is preceded in death by her parents, the love of her life, Gordon (Gordie) Pirie, her daughters Patricia Donnelly-Melvin and Donna McCarthy, her sisters, Rita Denette, Alida Hurley, Lorraine LaFountaine, and her brothers William Deyette, Jr., and Roland Deyette.
She is survived by her grandchildren Bruce (Rosie) Donnelly, Robin (Scott) Phelps, Kelly (Ryan) Harris, and Jason McCarthy, her great grandchildren, Susan (David) Donnelly-Ledbetter, Ashley (Steven) Birdsong, and Kimberly Brown, her great-great grandchildren, Marceline Donnelly-Ledbetter and Hunter Birdsong.
Family and friends will gather for her graveside service at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Chicopee, MA on Friday, August 18th at 11:30 A.M.
