Daniel J. Dec

Daniel Joseph Dec, 32, of Ludlow, passed away at his home on Friday, October 8, 2021. Daniel was born in Springfield, MA. He leaves his mother Sheila Noe, of Westfield. He was predeceased by his father Paul Jude Dec of Palmer, and his "dude", his Big brother Jeremy Dec of Springfield. He grew up in Palmer, MA where he went to school. Dan recently worked as a machinist. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his daughter, niece and nephew.  He leaves behind his pride and joy, his daughter Juliana 'Boots' Gauthier and her mother, Nina Gauthier of Becket. He also leaves his siblings; Heather Dec of Belchertown his "Big sister "and his brother Christopher Dec of West Springfield. He also leaves his niece Sophia 'Toots' Young and nephew Corey 'Corey Guy' Young both of Belchertown, who made him the proudest uncle. Dan will always be remembered for making everybody laugh. How he was so good with words. Dan will also be remembered for his love of music, playing the guitar and for his appreciation of comedy.  He had personal inside jokes with everyone they will understand and hold close to their heart forever. You had to know Dan to get Dan, and if you did, you're so blessed.
