Daniel Patrick Dynan

Daniel P. Dynan 1938-2011 CHICOPEE - Daniel Patrick Dynan, 72, of Chicopee passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family on Monday, January 17, 2011.  Born in Lawrence, MA and a resident of Chicopee for the past (8) years, he was the son of the late Patrick and Mary (Murphy) Dynan.  Daniel was a retired line tester for the A.T. & T. Technologies of North Andover.  He was a man dedicated to his family, especially his grand kids.  He was very proud of his Irish heritage.  Daniel loved sports, particularly, football. Vacationing in New Hampshire was also a favorite past time. Besides his parents, Daniel was predeceased by his sister, Katherine M. Young who passed on October 12, 2010. He leaves to cherish his memory (2) daughters, Michelle-Renee Heroux and her husband Brian of Springfield, Kathleen Foskin and her husband Mark of Billerica, MA; his sister, Sr. Mary Rosaleen of the Sisters of Charity at St. Michael's in North Andover, MA; (6) grandchildren, Jennifer, Jesse, Sarah, Brian, Jr., Alicia, Olivia and several close friends in the Lawrence, MA area.  Funeral services will be held at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee, on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 9 a.m., followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial in the Basilica of St. Stanislaus, 566 Front St., Chicopee at 10 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery, Aldenville.  The family will receive friends and relatives at a gathering at the Tylunas Funeral Home on Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 3 to 7 p.m.
