CHICOPEE-Edgar N. Decoteau, 89, formerly East Street in Chicopee passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020 in Sentara Leigh Hospital in Virginia. Services are pending. Edgar will be interred at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery alongside his beloved wife, Elaine (Galarneau) Decoteau at a date to be announced. Complete obituary to follow.
