Eleanor Stasiowski

Eleanor Stasiowski 1917-2010 CHICOPEE - Eleanor (Maziarz) Stasiowski, 92, of Chicopee, entered into eternal rest of Thursday, June 10, 2010.  Born in Chicopee and a life long resident, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Zofia (Murdza) Maziarz.  Eleanor was a retired assembler for the former F. W. Sickles of Chicopee.  She was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Basilica of Chicopee and a member of the Polish National Alliance.  She was predeceased by her husband, Max J. Stasiowski in 1986.  Eleanor leaves five sons, Richard of Springfield, Ronald, Robert, John and Michael all of Chicopee; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 14, 2010 from the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee at 10:15 a.m., followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial in St. Stanislaus Basilica at 11 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Chicopee.  Calling hours will be held on Monday morning from 9 to 10:15 a.m.  For Memorial Tributes visit tylunasfuneralhome.com
