Elizabeth Henshaw

Elizabeth R. Henshaw 1919 - 2004 CHICOPEE FALLS - Elizabeth R. (Spaulding) Henshaw, 84, formerly of 49 Central Ave, died Thursday in Longmeadow.  Born & educated in Charlestown, New Hampshire, she was a 1937 graduate of Charlestown High School, and a resident of Chicopee since 1944. Elizabeth was a former employee of F.W. Sickles Co., and later worked for Burt Printing Co. of Springfield until she retired in 1970. Elizabeth was a communicant of ST. Patrick's Church. Elizabeth leaves two sons, Richard A. Henshaw and his with Judith of Longmeadow, and Thomas R. Henshaw and his wife Reba, of New Bern, North Carolina. She leaves two sisters, Kathleen Wallace and Priscilla White, both of Charlestown, N.H., nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband, Garnet C. Henshaw, in 1998. Funeral Thursday at 9AM at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, followed by a mass at 10 AM in St. Patrick's Church, 319 Broadway, Chicopee.  Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Chicopee. Visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions to ST. Patrick's School Fund, 125 Montgomery ST., Chicopee, MA.  01020
