Estella Marie Hansen

Estella Marie Hansen, 96, passed away peacefully at her home in Granby surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Barnesville, NY to the late George and Lila (Fuller) Dailey. Estella attended business school in New Mexico where she acquired skills that lasted a lifetime. She used those life lessons and worked for Green Thumb Wick office in the clerical department until her retirement. Estella was very active in her community as a volunteer for the Valley Opportunity Council. She was also a member of the American Legion on New Ludlow Rd in Chicopee, the Moose Lodge and the United Woman's Club of Chicopee. She is survived by her loving children a son; John Carl Prichard Jr. of Syracuse, daughter; Doris and her husband Ronald Erickson of Chicopee, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Estella is predeceased by her husbands; Gerald Hansen and John Carl Prichard Sr. along with sister; Louella Manning of Boonville. Memorial contributions can be made in Estella's name to the charity of your choice. Funeral services for Estella have been entrusted to the professional services of Tylunas Funeral home.
