Evan Sabourin

Evan D. Sabourin 1987 - 2003 Evan D. Sabourin 15, of Chicopee went home to God on Wednesday, April 30th surrounded by his loving family. Born in Springfield on June 19, 1987 he was a lifelong resident of Chicopee, was attending Chicopee Comprehensive High School, a member of the National Junior Honor Society, and a communicant of St. Patrick?s Church, Chicopee. Evan's kind spirit was a joy to be around. His love of life and courage were an inspiration to all those he touched. He was an exceptional person who drew exceptional people to his side, a real hero. He was always up for a great time. His laughter and spirit will be missed by all. Evan was an avid sports fan and a #1 Red Sox fan! The memories he leaves behind will be cherished by the family and friends who loved him. Evan is survived by his loving family; his parents David A and Patricia A. (Swords) Sabourin. His sister Alicia A. Sabourin at home. His paternal grandparents; Albert and Irene Sabourin of Holyoke His maternal grandparents; Bernard and Pauline Swords of Chicopee. Along with his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Evan's funeral will be Monday morning 9:45 A.M. at Tylunas Funeral Home 159 Broadway Chicopee followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M. in St. Patrick's Church. Burial in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery, Chicopee. Visiting hours are Sunday 2 to 6 P.M.
