Francis A. "Frank" Ladue 1925 - 2006 SPRINGFIELD-Francis A. "Frank" Ladue, 80, longtime Springfield resident, was called safely home Monday, August 21, 2006. Born in Ludlow, Frank was educated in Springfield Schools, and was a Navy Veteran of WWII. Frank was a former mechanic at Reliable Service Center on Parker St. Indian Orchard for 25 years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of American Legion Post 277 of Indian Orchard, and the Wilbraham Senior Center. Frank is survived by his wife of 33 years, the former Theresa R. Benoit, sons John Ladue of Springfield, Francis Ladue, Jr., of Belchertown, and a step-son David Bonneville of West Springfield, daughters Nancy-Ellen Reynolds of Park Rapids, MN, Jeannie-Marie Eckman of Sebeka, MN, step-daughters Catherine Caldwell of North Vernon, IN, and Suzanne Talaia of Southwick, a brother Norman Ladue of Tavares, FL, four sisters, Marie Boilard of Tavares, FL, Claire Twarog of Springfield, Phyllis Woods of Hemet, CA, and Loris Los of Palm Harbor, FL, 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Funeral Friday, August 25 at 10:30 AM from the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee, followed by a mass at 11 AM in St. George Church, 7 Belcher St., Chicopee. Burial to follow in St. Rose Cemetery. Visiting hours Friday morning 9:00-10:30 AM.
