Gary Roland Deyette

Chicopee - Gary "Red" Deyette, 47, of 45 Peter St., Chicopee died Saturday at Bay State Medical Center, Springfield. Born in Holyoke he has been a life long resident of Chicopee. He was a former employee of Milton Bradley Co. of East Longmeadow for 21 years. A communicant of St. George Church of Chicopee, he was a graduate of Chicopee Comprehensive High School and a former member of the Tigers AC. Gary loved all sports but friends and family fondly remember him as a  devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. He leaves his loving parents Roland J. and Mary A. (Goodfellow) Deyette with whom he made his home, his siblings, Nancy Lavallee and husband Donald Lavallee, Paul W. Deyette and Lynn Carson and husband Paul Carson all of Chicopee. He also leaves his nieces and nephews, Kimberly and Donald Lavallee and Matthew and Melissa Carson. Funeral services will be held Thursday 9 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. George Church, Chicopee followed by a burial at St. Patrick Cemetery, Chicopee. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the Tylunas Funeral Home 159 Broadway, Chicopee.
