Genevieve Louise Williams

Chicopee- Genevieve "Jenny" L. (Kustra) Williams, 88, of Chicopee, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 at home. She was born in Chicopee on March 26, 1925 to the late Joseph and Agata (Kustra) Kustra. Jenny was a graduate of Chicopee High School and worked at Smith and Wesson as an inspector. She was a communicant of the former St. Patrick's Church in Chicopee and was a member of the Rosary Sodality. Jenny loved crocheting and crafting, but above all, loved her family. She was predeceased by her husband Lewis T. Williams in 1997. Jenny leaves her two sons, James Williams and his wife Jean of MI, and Bruce Williams and his wife Pam of Chicopee; two daughters, Joanne Kellihan and her husband Michael of NC, and Mary Taylor and her husband John of Chicopee; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her 3 siblings. A funeral home service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2013 at 11:30am at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway. Burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fuller Road, both in Chicopee. Calling hour will be held prior to the services from 10:30-11:30am.
