Glenn A. Kapinos, 51, of Chicopee passed into enteral rest on May 8, 2016 at Bay State Medical Center. He was born in Holyoke to the late John and Eleanor (Bulecza) Kapinos. Glenn worked for McDonald's for 35 years and worked his way up to district supervisor. He was an avid sports memorabilia collector and Poker player. He was communicant of St. Rose de Lima Church in Chicopee. Glenn is survived by his two sons Jacob and Ethan Kapinos, whom he adored; two sisters, Linda and her husband Michael Courtney of Springfield, Lori and her husband Steven Paolucci of Agawam; one brother Alan Kapinos and his wife Nancy from Maryland. Family and friends are invited to gather for a time of remembrances on Monday May 16, 2016 at the Tylunas Funeral Home at 159 Broadway in Chicopee from 4pm to 7pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday May 17, 2016 at the St. Rose de Lima Church, 600 Grattan Street, Chicopee at 10:30 AM, followed by burial in the St. Rose de Lima Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Jacob and Ethan Kapinos Scholarship Memorial Fund. Donations can be made at any Peoples Bank location.
