Jacqueline D. Milne1935-2015SPRINGFIELD- Jacqueline 'Jackie' D. (Mason) Milne, 80, of Chicopee, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 5, 2015 in Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke on April 12, 1935 a daughter of the late Marie (Mason) DeCasse Murray and was raised by her loving and cherished grandparents, Raymond and Margaret (Lajoie) Mason. Jackie retired in 1999 from Holyoke Hospital as a telephone operator after 31 years of service. Besides her mother and grandparents, Jackie was predeceased by her husband, the love of her life, George A. Milne in 2011; a brother, Anthony DeCasse; and a sister, Margaret 'Peggy' Stratton.  Jackie loved her trips to the casino and spending time with her family. She had especially fond memories of the family trip to Scotland. Jackie is survived by two daughters, Gail Marsh and her husband Tony, and Tracy Perlmutter and her husband Glen; two grandchildren, Sarah and Stephan Marsh; two great-grandchildren, Dylan Griswold and Lillian Griswold-Marsh, who were the light of her life; two brothers, William Murray and Robert Murray and his wife Nancy; a sister, Joan Censabella; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral home service will be held on Friday, September 11th at 12PM at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway St. Chicopee. Visiting hours will precede the service from 10AM-12PM. Burial will be private in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jackie's memory to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St. Springfield, MA 01104.
