James Edward Norton

James E. Norton of Chicopee, age 89, passed away surrounded by his loving family on August 16, 2024. He was born on May 25, 1935, in Chicopee. James leaves Bianca, his beloved wife of 69 years. He retired from a long career at Western Mass Electric. James was predeceased by his loving son Kenneth Norton on July 13, 2020, as well as his sisters Jeannette Williams and Shirley Meimerstorf. James is survived by his wife Bianca, his daughter Gail Breton and her husband Michael of East Longmeadow, his daughter-in-law Lori Norton of Ludlow, his cherished grandchildren Matthew Breton, Kelly Breton Richards and her husband Aaron, Antonio Norton, and Angela Norton, his great-granddaughters Addison and her mother Jenna, Mia, and Lily, his sister Carol Zaban, and several nieces and nephews.
