John Patterson Baker

John Patterson Baker 77 years old, passed away suddenly at Baystate Medical Center July 1, 2025. Born in Chicopee, son of the late John (Jack) and Doris (Betty) ( Patterson) Baker. He served 2 years in the army working on Hawk Missel Systems at Fort Bliss Texas and later graduated from UMass Amherst with a sociology degree. He worked for many years as a yard manager a Chicopee Concrete and retired from there. He was an avid fisherman and won several tournaments. He was brother to William Baker and his wife Naomi Baker and the late James Baker and his wife Iris, and had several nieces and nephews. At John's request there will be no services.
