John E. Woods

John E. Woods 1953-2007   Westfield- John E. Woods, 54, passed away suddenly of natural causes at his home on May 4th, 2007.  Born in Springfield he was a son of Jack Woods, of Chicopee Falls and the late Lorraine (Cormier) Woods. Jack was employed by Carrier Northeast, Springfield. He is survived by his wife, Dianne (McDougall) Woods, two sons, John J. Woods and his wife, Dawn of Summerfield, Fl. Christopher Kelly Woods of Westfield; a daughter, Becky A. Shoemaker and husband, Kyle of Westfield; two brothers, Guy Woods and his wife, Emily and Leon Woods and his wife, Heidi all of Chicopee; 3 grandchildren, Riley Woods, Cassidy Woods, of Florida, Sarah Shoemaker of Westfield, and several nieces and nephews. John Woods Obituray Tylunas Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at  10:30 am in St. Mary's Church, Westfield.  Private Burial. Calling hours are Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Westfield Y.M.C.A., Swim Team.
