Karen C. Allen

Karen C. Allen of Chicopee, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on June 30, 2024. Born in Springfield on Mother's Day, May 14, 1978, Karen was a daughter of Rob and Cathy Allen. She graduated from Chicopee High School. Karen was affectionately known as Care Bear and was a truly special person in the way that she loved. Karen was outgoing and she really enjoyed people. She loved to dress well and accessorize with jewelry, just like a model. Karen was compassionate and kind, gentle and loving. She enjoyed the beauty of nature and could appreciate looking at flowers or walking on the beach. Karen liked to go to Our Lady of Fatima Shrine in Hampden to pray and light a candle. She adored animals, and her bunny, Baby Girl, will miss her. Karen was a loyal friend, and a devoted daughter and sister. She is survived by her parents Robert and Catherine Allen of Chicopee, and her sister Amy Pelletier and her husband Jake of Springfield, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
