Katherine M. Sourdiffe 1950-2012 CHICOPEE- Katherine "Meme" (Strycharz) Sourdiffe, 61, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at home embraced by her children and surrounded by beloved family and friends. Kathy was born on December 31, 1950, a daughter of the late Theodore and Dorothy (Rainville) Strycharz. She was "Employee of the Month" for many years at the Windsor Café in Chicopee. Meme is survived by her children, Joshua R. Sourdiffe, Sarah R. Witczak and her husband Gene; three precious grandchildren, Jordyn, Jace and Camden, their loving bond was truly a gift from God; a sister, Barbara A. Zawidowski and her husband Matthew; a brother, Michael T. Strycharz and his wife Angela and her uncle, Gerald Rainville and his wife Linda. Auntie Kath leaves many nieces and nephews that she always cherished as her own. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 13th at 2 p.m. at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway St., Chicopee.
