Kevin G. LaPerle1959-2014CHICOPEE- Kevin G. LaPerle, 54, passed away in his home in Chicopee on Tuesday, February 25, 2014.  Kevin was born on March 21, 1959 to Robert H. LaPerle and the late Jean (Kusmierz) LaPerle in Springfield.  He graduated from Chicopee High School in 1977. Kevin worked as a technician at UTAS in Windsor Locks, CT.  In his spare time, Kevin loved fixing cars and spent many hours at the Sunoco Station on Broadway Street in Chicopee.  He also enjoyed watching racing, especially NASCAR.  Kevin is survived by his son, Kevin LaPerle of PA; two brothers, Gary LaPerle and his companion Diane Iannuzzi of Agawam, and Glenn LaPerle and his wife Marge of Middletown, NY; two sisters, Doreen Lukasik and her husband Ronnie of Chicopee, and Debbie Melhorn and her husband Mark of South Hadley; five nephews, Tom, Tim, Matthew, Adam, and Jon; two nieces, Christina and Stephanie; and two great-nephews, Travis and Landon. Services for Kevin will be Saturday, March 1 in the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway St, Chicopee, beginning with calling hours from 9-10:30am, followed by a funeral home service at 10:30am, and a committal service at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fuller Rd, Chicopee.
