Lillian Shirley (Sheridan) Noga 1941 - 2011 Lillian was born in Baltimore, MD on September 29, 1941 to Charles J. and Anna M. (Foxx) Sheridan. They moved to Chicopee in 1943 where she lived the rest of her life. She was a parishioner of St. Patrick's Church in Chicopee, until its recent closing, and then attended St. Anne's Parish. She attended St. Patrick's School and graduated from Cathedral High School in Springfield, in 1959. Before having children she worked as a secretary for F.W. Sickles in Chicopee. When her children were older she worked at Dialectrics in Chicopee for a few years then ran a home daycare for several years. In her most recent years she loved taking care of her five grandchildren. Shirley leaves her sons Edward J. of Belchertown and John C. and his wife Cynthia of Ludlow, her daughter Diane C. Giguere and her husband Gary of Chicopee, a sister Ann St.Marie and her husband Terry of Easthampton, five grandchildren Lauren, Christopher, Kirsten, Chandler, and Cameron, her ex-husband John Noga of Chicopee, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Charles, Edward, and Michael Sheridan, Honora Sheridan and Barbara Giguere. She also leaves her three lifelong friends Marian Kraus, Pat Costello and Shirley Liberty. The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 9am from the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee, followed by a Mass at St.Anne's Church at 10am.Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
