Linda Pendrick

Linda J. (Maynard) Pendrick 1943-2012 Carolina Beach, N.C. - Linda J. Pendrick, 69, of Carolina Beach, NC, died Friday, March 9, 2012. Born in Chicopee, January 3, 1943, Linda was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Rita (Viens) Maynard. She lived most of her life in Chicopee moving to North Carolina in 1998. Linda attended St. George's School and Church and graduated from Chicopee High in 1960. She worked at Mercy Hospital and volunteered at Lorraine's Soup Kitchen.  After retiring from New Hanover Hospital in Willmington, NC, Linda volunteered there. She is survived by her husband John of 51 years, three children, Jeffrey of Fort Wayne, IN, Sharon Smith of Westfield, and Gregory of Belchertown, and nine grandchildren. Linda was predeceased by her son Alan. A funeral service will be held at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee, Saturday, March, 17 at 11am.
