Lucien A. Dufresne1928-2014West Springfield- Lucien A. Dufresne, 85, passed away on February 25, 2014 after a long illness at Wingate at West Springfield. He was born in Chicopee on December 17, 1928. He was predeceased by his parents Placide and Beatrice (Bergeron) Dufresne of Chicopee and his brother Donald Dufresne of NH.  Lucien leaves his wife Lorraine (Harvey) Dufresne; his two sons, Thomas Dufresne and his wife Linda of Lake Wales, FL, and Timothy Dufresne; two daughters, Susan Auclair and her husband William of Winsted, CT and Mary Rose and her husband Kenneth of West Springfield; two granddaughters, Cassandra and Angela Rose . Lucien has had many careers in his life but his favorite was owning his own business "The Shutter Shop" in Springfield for many years. The Dufresne Family would like to Thank all that work at Wingate of West Springfield, Pastor Juan, and all at Sol Amor Hospice for being there at the end of his journey; you are all truly angels in our hearts.
