Lynn Ann Rege 1958 ~ 2008 Chicopee- Lynn Ann Rege 49 , a beloved daughter, of Richard W. and Joan "Jill" W. (McGraw) Rege, Ascended into the Journey of Everlasting Life, Wednesday (March 26th, 2008) after a short illness. In addition to her parents, Lynnis survived by her brothers and sisters, Kim Marr, Chad Rege, Jill Potter, Maria Rege and Rick Rege. Lynnwas a cherished aunt, who will be missed by her nieces and nephews, Johanna Marr, Chadand Jack Potter, Emma Rege and Orla Cannon. She also leaves behind an aunt, Mrs. Ruth McGraw; an uncle, Mr. John H. Rege ; and many cousins and dear friends. Lynnwas predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rege ; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John McGraw; and a nephew, Joey Marr. Lynnwas born in Holyokeon June 29,1958. She graduated from Granby Jr.Sr.High Schooland earned a B.A. Degree in Early Childhood Education from Westfield State College. She was employed at Mass. Mutual for 10 years; and later enjoyed many years of service at MountMarie, Holyoke. Lynnspent many happy childhood summers at NantasketBeachwith family and friends. There she developed a life-long love of the SouthShoreand surrounding areas. Lynnwas an avid New England Patriots Football Fan who also enjoyed participating in a variety of sports, including golf, tennis, running, racquetball, and walking with her great friend, Kathy Rooney. Lynnloved a good laugh, a great book, a new recipe , and a well- acted play, but most of all she loved sharing those experiences with her family and friends. Lynn's warmth , compassion and sense of humor enriched the lives of all who knew her. She will be dearly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to her calling hours, Sunday (March 30th) from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee. Her funeral ceremonies will begin Monday (March 31st) with everyone asked to assemble in the funeral home for 9:00 am.. This will be followed by a procession to St. Patrick's Church, 319 Broadway, Chicopeefor a Liturgy of Christian Burial , celebrated, at 10:00 am. Burial will be private.
