Margaret Carra

Margaret J. (Gero) Carra, 89, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 26, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family. Margaret was a devoted wife to her husband Primo A. Carra who preceded her in death. Margaret was also preceded by her many brothers and sisters and by her brother and sisters - in law. Leaving to mourn the loss of their loving and devoted mother are her children Ann, Mark, Susan, Diane, Ernest and John (Jodi Becker), her grandchildren Michael (Lisa), Mark (Ellen), Sarah, Elizabeth,  Raymond Jr. (Star-Lee Johnson), Natasha and Jenna, her great-grandchildren, Lindsay, Noah, Madelyn, Thomas, Alexandrea, McKinley, Giovanna, Madeline, also many nieces , nephews and her devoted companion Bandit. The family also wishes to give special and loving thanks to our sister Ann for her years of devotion, companionship and exceptional care to our mother. The family wishes to thank Margaret's personal health care provider Tamara for her years of care. The family wishes to thank Lauren of Mercy Hospice Care. Arrangements are private and burial at the convenience of the family.
