Marie F Bronson

Marie F. Bronson 1925-2003 Chicopee- Marie F. (Ouimette) Bronson, 78, died Saturday August 16th at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Born in Springfield on March 25, 1925, She attended local schools and was a communicant of St. Patrick?s Church in Chicopee and was a member of the Western New England Iris Society (WNEIS). Marie was employed at Leyland Plastics and retired in 1990 and was previously employed at F.W. Sickles and Spaulding Manufacturing. She loved all flowers especially Iris's and Tulips, love to read romance novels, loved cross word puzzles and playing cards. She also loved country music and had a Gene Autry collection. Marie was predeceased by her husband of 48 years Philip E. Bronson in 1996. Her son Edward J. Bronson of Chicopee and a granddaughter Chloe Elizabeth Bronson of Holyoke survive her. A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. at the Tylunas Funeral Home 159 Broadway with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery, Fairview Ave. both in Chicopee. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday morning from 9-10 a.m.
