Marvene Kay Bryant-Taft

Kay (Brundige) Taft 1953-2012 CHICOPEE- Kay (Brundige) Taft age 58 of 17 Factory Place, Chicopee died January 7, 2012 at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield. Born in Circleville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Wayne E. and Marian M. (Coffland) Brundige. Kay lived there 7 years before moving to South Carolina where she lived until moving to Chicopee 15 years ago.  Kay was the head administrator for a fun game league on pogo.  She was a caring, loving person and very easy to talk to. Kay had a special gift and people were drawn to her. She leaves her husband John E. Taft, two sons Kurt Caulkins of Los Angeles, CA and Derrick Caulkins of Houston, TX, two sisters Darlene Summerell of Florence, SC and Rae Brundige of Leigh Heighten, PA.  She was predeceased by her son Ryan Caulkins. She will be missed very much by her family and friends. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4-7pm at the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee.
