Paul E. Jacob 1907 ~ 2007   Chicopee- Paul E. Jacob, 99, entered into eternal rest on Friday October 5, 2007 in Willimansett Nursing Home-West. Paul was born on November 13, 1907 in St. Ours, Quebec, Canada, a son of the late Raphael and Anna (Paulhus) Jacob. He was a carpenter in the Chicopee area for many years working for various contractors. He was a communicant of St. George Church, Chicopee, and a member of the Springfield Hobby Club. Paul is survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends. Funeral services will assemble on Wednesday October 10th beginning at 10 a.m. from the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. George Church, 7 Belcher St., both in Chicopee. Rites of Committal and Burial will be held on Thursday October 11th in Cemetiere de St. Ours, St. Ours, Quebec, Canada. A visiting hour will preceded the services on Wednesday from 9-10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Paul's memory to St. Joan of Arc/St. George School, 587 Grattan St., Chicopee, MA01020.
