Peal Doris Bardon

Pearl D. Bardon 1924-2004 Chicopee Pearl D. (Couture) Bardon 79 died Monday March 8, 2004 in Baystate Medical Center. She was the widow of Edward Bardon who died in 1998. Pearl was born in Ludlow to the late Armand and Hazel Couture and has been a resident of Chicopee for the past 44 years. She graduated from Ludlow High School and Bay Path Junior College. Pearl had worked in the family business as an office manager 38 years retiring in 1998. She also was a member of St. Rose De Lima Church. Two sons Robert L. Bardon and his wife Carol of Ludlow and James E. Bardon and his wife Mary Beth of Connecticut and a daughter Carol Przybyla and her husband Frederick of Chicopee survive Pearl.  She leaves three grandchildren Katie and Michael Bardon of Connecticut and Audra Hamel of Ludlow, as well as 2 great grandchildren. Pearl leaves several nieces and nephews and her cousin Pauline M. Dias and her husband Antonio. The family will receive friends Friday March 12, 2004 in the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee at 9:00 a.m., followed by a Mass at 10:30 a.m.in St. Rose De Lima Church, 600 Grattan Street, Chicopee. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery, 1273 Berkshire Avenue, Indian Orchard. The family requests memorials to be made to St. Rose De Lima Church, 600 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020 or St. John The Baptist Church, Hubbard Street, Ludlow, MA 01056.
