Raoul Boucher

Raoul E. Boucher 1932-2006 Springfield- Raoul  "Red"  Eugene Boucher 73, of the Hungary Hill section of Springfield Ascended into the Journey of Everlasting Life, peacefully, and in the quiet comfort of his residence following an illness and surrounded by those he loved. Raoul was born in Holyoke, November 1,1932 son of the late Hervey E. and Emiliene (Prairie) Boucher. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Wilbraham and Monson Academy. He was also a self employed painter. "Red" was a member of Springfield Aerie # 148  Fraternal Order of Eagles. Raoul leaves to forever cherish his memory his beloved companion and life partner of twenty nine years, Patricia (Edgar) Sullivan of Springfield.A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 8,2006  7:00 PM at Tylunas Funeral Home 159 Broadway , Chicopee. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.Preceding the services calling hours will take place at the funeral home for family and friends beginning at 4:00 PM until the time of the service. "Red's" family wishes to thank the Nurses at Oncology, and Springfield 6 at Baystate Medical Center, along with the doctors and nurses at  D'Amour Cancer Center, and Springfield Hospice for their care , support, and concern.
