Ruth Elizabeth Seidnitzer

Ruth E. Seidnitzer 1934-2009   Ruth Elizabeth (Koziski) Seidnitzer, 74, of Chicopee was safely called home while surrounded by her loving and caring family on Thursday, June 11, 2009 while at Baystate Medical Center.  Born in Hartford, CT she was the daughter of the late Steven and Mae (Goodnough) Koziski.  Ruth is survived by her two sons, Richard S. Seidnitzer of Chicopee and Michael W. Seidnitzer and his wife Deborah of Wilbraham; her sisters, Virginia Conrad of Greenfield, May Collins of Turners Falls, Helen Kumor of Ludlow; five grandchildren, Jeffrey, Gregory, Katie, Kurt, Kyle and one great granddaughter, Kurstyn. She was predeceased by a sister, Genevieve Duda. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009 in St. Patrick's Church, Chicopee at 12 Noon.  Burial will be private at a later date.   Calling hours will be held at the Tylunas Funeral Home on Saturday morning prior to the Mass from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the D'Amour Cancer Center, 3350 Main St., Springfield, MA   01107.
