Samuel O. Fagade

Dr. Samuel O. Fagade 1949-2010 SPRINGFIELD- Dr. Samuel "Ayo" O. Fagade, 61, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. He was born in Sagamu, Nigeria, on March 4, 1949, a son of the late Sekiteri and Elizabeth (Towobola) Fagade. Ayo is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Thea C. (Clay) Fagade; a son, Odunayo Fagade and his wife Kim of Charlotte, NC; a grandson, Samuel O. Fagade; and a sister and four brothers. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 16th at 1 p.m. in Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay St., Springfield. There are no visiting hours. The Tylunas Funeral Home is assisting the Fagade family with funeral arrangements.
