Shaun Michael Tiago

Shaun M. Tiago 1981-2010   CHICOPEE- Shaun Michael Tiago, 28, of Chicopee passed away on Friday, January 29, 2010.  Born in Springfield, he was the son of Sidonio Tiago and Patricia A. (Comstock) LeClair.   Shaun was employed by the P. J. Keating Co. of Lunenburg, MA.  Shaun was a caring, lovable soul who would do anything for anyone.  His generousity was unsurpassable.  He was an avid soccer player in his youth for the Indian Orchard Lions.  He was a practical joker and lived his life to the fullest.  He was happiest when he was shopping, listening to his music working out at the gym and playing with his dogs.  He was an aspiring artist who loved to sketch and draw. He leaves his father, Sidonio Tiago of Indian Orchard, his mother, Patricia A. (Comstock) LeClair and his step-father, Donald LeClair of Chicopee; his paternal grandmother, Justina (Martins) Tiago of Indian Orchard; his maternal grandparents, Gordon and Barbara (Cavanaugh) Comstock of Indian Orchard; his brother, Michael LeClair of Chicopee; his girlfriend, Lana Cabrini of Chicopee; his "girlies" Nikki and Elle and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He will also be sadly missed by his "little friends" Chloe, Colleen, Madison, Little Elliot and Jake as well as his four legged friends Odie, Lilly, Dayzee, and Rosy.  Funeral services will be Thursday, February 4, 2010 from the Tylunas Funeral Home 159 Broadway, Chicopee at 8:45 a.m., followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial in St. Jude Mission Church, 221 Main St., Indian Orchard at 10 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Indian Orchard.  Calling hours will be held at the Tylunas Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 from 4 to 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Shaun's memory may be made to the Phoenix House Springfield Center, Drug Rehab Program for Young Adults, 5 Madison Avenue, Springfield, MA.
