Theodore C. Crevier 1932-2010 CHICOPEE- Theodore C. Crevier, 78, of Chicopee, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at home, surrounded by his large and loving family. Ted was born on March14, 1932 to Theodore J. and Annamae (Connor) Crevier. He attended Chicopee High School and worked for Eastern Etching and Manufacturing Company in Chicopee for 37 years. During his final years, Ted enjoyed his occasional trips to Mohegan Sun Casino with his best friend and son-in-law Carl Rollins. Ted is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Jean (Forant) Crevier; a sister, Evelyn Crevier of Holyoke; four children, Susan Schmieding of Granby, MA, Kathleen Rollins and her husband, Carl Jr., of Chicopee, Theodore Crevier and his wife Donna of Chicopee, and William Crevier and his wife Leslie of Delaware. Ted is also survived by his cherished 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Ted will be greatly missed by his cat and loyal companion, Muffin. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 8th beginning at 9 a.m. from the Tylunas Funeral Home, 159 Broadway, Chicopee, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Mary, Mother of Hope Church, 840 Page Blvd., East Springfield. Burial and Rites of Committal will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fuller Rd., Chicopee. Ted's family will receive relatives and friends at the visiting hours on Wednesday, July 7th from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ted's memory to Holyoke VNA, Hospice Life Care, 113 Hampden St., Holyoke, MA 01040 or American Lung Association, 393 Maple St., Springfield, MA 01105.
