Walter C. McManamy1927-2013Chicopee - Walter C. McManamy, 85, went home to be with his Savior on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Walter served in the army during WWII, was a Springfield police officer for twenty years, and a member of Grace Church of Christ. He leaves his wife Carol A. (Mason) McManamy, his daughter Melinda Brower and her husband Steven, two granddaughters Sarah Capistrant and her husband Chris, and Jeanette Christian, all of Chicopee, and his daughter in law Parm McManamy of FL.
