William J. Trembley, Jr.                                                                1923-2007   Chicopee- William "Bill" J. Trembley, Jr., 83, a 47 year Chicopee resident and formerly of Springfield, entered into eternal rest on Friday February 2, 2007. He was born in Springfield on June 26, 1923, a son of the late William J. and Catherine A. (Wall) Trembley, Sr. Bill retired in 1995 as a salesman for Collette Travel in Pawtucket, RI. He attended Springfield schools and graduated from Cathedral High School. Bill was a U. S. Army veteran, serving his country proudly in WWII. He was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church, Chicopee. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary E. (Duquette) Trembley; four devoted children, Denyse A. Trembley of Vernon, CT, Michael R. Trembley of Chicopee, Kathleen M. DeJesus and her husband George of Holyoke, and Jacqueline M. Jurkowski and her husband Tom of Belchertown; 12 cherished grandchildren, Bernard, Michael and Kimberly Lynch, Jason, Leah and Rebecka Trembley, Jamie, Marybeth and Kaitlyn Hanning, Daniel, Jessica and Christopher Jurkowski; and many nieces and nephews.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the World War II Memorial, P.O. Box, 186, Calverton, NY 11933.
